Assembly & Maintenance

• Our product is delivered to you completely assembled and requires no additional work before use. Removal of the wheels or axles is not recommended during storage or transportation of the wagon. 

• The wagon is designed to be exposed to salt water and sand s well as the sun. Materials used are suitable to withstand this environment, so no maintenance is needed. The wheel may need to be reinflated periodically. Use the hand pump that is included with the wagon for this purpose. Maximum pressure on the wheels is 3 psi. Never attempt to use any form of lubrication on the wheel or handle. Use of oil or grease will tend to trap dirt or sand and cause premature wear of the axle and void the warranty.
