3.3. To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken: You must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout; if you are a new
customer, you must then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your
consent to the terms of this document; you will be transferred to our payment service providers website, and our payment service provider will handle your payment; we will then send you an initial acknowledgement; and once we have checked whether we can meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.

5.2 These prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges
5.1. We will, from time to time, change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.
6. Payments
6.1. Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the specified delivery date.
7.2. We will ship to the address that you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy and address errors entered by you while placing the order on our website.
7.3. Delivery location restrictions: Delivery can only be made to the 48 contiguous states in the US
8. Return Period: 30 days money back from the date of your payment.
9. Return process: If you are not satisfied with our product, you are welcome to call us at +941-224-9022. If we cannot resolve your concerns by phone and if you still wish to return our product we will issue you a return authorization, with an RMA number. You will need to include the RMA number and ship the item in its original box to:

​After we receive the returned product, we will credit your account for the full amount that you paid to us via the same method of payment you used to make the purchase.
10. Risk and ownership: Risk in products passes upon delivery; ownership of products passes upon delivery.
11. Warranties and representations: You warrant and represent, including delivery of products. We warrant relating to material defects and workmanship of products. No implied warranties or representations relating to the sale of products. Warranty period: 90 days from the date of your payment excluding wheels, which will have a warranty period of 30 days from the date of payment
12. Breach of product warranty: return of products that breach warranties; refund or replacement if product warranties breached; return of product in contravention of document.
13. Limitations and exclusions of liability: Total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the sale of Goods shall be limited to the price of the Goods. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits. No liability for force majeure; no liability for business losses; no liability for loss of data or software; no personal liability.
14. Order cancellation: Order cancellation by us upon breach; cancellation upon insolvency; cancellation upon force majeure.
15. Scope: This document does not cover IP or licensing or services.
16. Variation: If and when this document needs to be revised, a new version will be published on our website. These variations will govern future contracts.

Liability Waiver by the Buyer for the pre-market purchases
In consideration of being given the pre-market opportunity to purchase and use the Range of products branded:” Wheels for every journey”
- I acknowledge that the Product has been created, manufactured and /or sold by Innovative and Reflective Designs LLC on the condition that I accept full responsibility for the use of the same, and I hereby waive the right to any claims against the Company.
- I have received or obtained all relevant information about the Product and am aware of the functioning, mode of operation and potential risks in using the same;
- I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its members, directors, officers, stockholders, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, costs or expenses, claims, demands,
actions and causes of action whatsoever for any loss, damage, property damage, personal injury or death, regardless of who is at fault and including as a result of the negligence or fault of any of the Releasees.
- I further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them, from any and all losses, liabilities, damages or costs they may incur due to use of the Product.
- It is my express intent that this Agreement shall bind me, all members of my family, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees.
- I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE VOLUNTARILY OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
